I acknowledge that I have read and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions for the Everdry Wisconsin Customer Referral Program and the Everdry Wisconsin terms of service.
- All current Everdry Wisconsin customers in good standing can participate in the Everdry Wisconsin Customer Referral Program.
- For every referral you provide who becomes a paying Everdry Wisconsin customer within 12 months of date you submitted this form, you will receive one referral reward valued at up to $600. Rewards are listed on the Everdry Wisconsin website ( http://www.Everdry Wisconsin.com/refer ) and are subject to change at any time without notice.
- The referrals you provide cannot be an existing Everdry Wisconsin customer or someone who has terminated an Everdry Wisconsin contract within the last 12 months, or someone who was previously referred to Everdry Wisconsin by another person. If the lead is already in the system, you will not get credit.
- All referrals must be entered at http://www.EverdryWisconsin.com/refer. It is the referrer's responsibility to ensure this form gets filled out correctly for the referral tracking to take place. Referrers must enter all required fields. Referral rewards will be distributed and tracked based on the referrer's name. All referral records must indicate the referrer's name at the time of purchase. No exceptions.
- No spamming or bulk emailing is allowed. You may only send a referral email to people that you personally know. Any unsolicited sending of a referral email in volume may result in the cancellation of your Everdry Wisconsin account and any outstanding referral rewards.
- Any attempt to fraudulently take advantage of the Everdry Wisconsin Customer Referral Program may result in cancellation of your Everdry Wisconsin account and the revocation of your referral rewards.
- Everdry Wisconsin is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by customers or referred friends while participating in the program.
- Rewards will be distributed 30 days after the referral had their Everdry Wisconsin system installed.
- Everdry Wisconsin reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time. All changes will be posted on the website.
